About this feature
The User onboarding email feature displays an option in each User account to send an email to the user with helpful tips about what the Logiqc platform is used for in your organisation, how to get started and how to access training.
You can activate this feature via your subscription page .
Sending a user onboarding email
To generate the user onboarding email, simply open the user's account and under the User onboarding email component, click Send email. This will send the onboarding email to the email address specified in the user account.
You can review the email prior to sending by clicking Send test email to me and you will receive a test email. You can also toggle Show sent emails to view a history of emails sent to the user and any error logs.
The content of the email is standard for all users. The feature is not designed to support customised content for different users.
To generate the User onboarding email from a user account, you must have the Admin permission Create and edit users, roles, and teams. Learn more
Attaching documents to your User onboarding email
You can select documents from your documents register which will be sent as attachments to the onboarding email.
- Switch to Admin mode.
- Select System settings and under Settings type, select 'User onboarding email'.
- Select the documents you want to attach to your user onboarding emails,
- Click Apply.
To edit this setting, you must have the admin permission Edit system settings.
Standardised email content
The standardised User onboarding email content will be available once the feature has been activated in your platform. The email includes:
- A link to your Logiqc URL which your users can bookmark.
- A link to our 'Get started' video.
- A link to the 'Logiqc Learning Academy' where your users can sign up to free courses to accelerate their learning.
- A link to the 'Logiqc Knowledge base' where users can go to access help articles.
- The ability to attach documents from your Documents register to the email.

Here's how all staff can use the platform:
- Access organisation documents such as policies, procedures, templates, and forms.
- Report incidents, feedback, complaints, repairs, equipment faults, and make suggestions for improvement.
- Keep track of tasks and conveniently sign off when completed
Managers can also use Logiqc to delegate tasks efficiently across the team, ensuring high-quality safe services for our clients, and maintaining a safe workspace for our team and visitors who access our space.

- Access the platform and bookmark the site for easy future access. <This will be your Logiqc platform URL>
- Set your password using your email address by selecting the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. <For organisations with SSO this step will be removed as users will not need to manage a Logiqc password>
- Explore educational resources at the Logiqc Learning Academy for video-based learning courses, which you can complete at your own pace or visit the Logiqc Knowledge Base for written instructions.

Customise the email content
This is a charged service offered by Logiqc which can be purchased through your Subscription page. Alternatively, email customersuccess@logiqc.com.au to discuss your customisation requirements.
You can request Logiqc change the content of the email to suite your organisations tone of voice and branding.
Content that can be customised:
- Company logo
- Your own specific text added to the body of the email
- Hyperlinks to resources and/or other locations
You can use the content from the standardised template above or add your own. We would highly recommend including our 'Get started' video and links to the Logiqc Learning Academy and the Logiqc Knowledge base.
Constraints to consider when designing your onboarding email content:
- Image size should be no larger than 1mb
- Text should be brief and engaging - not too long
- Video content cannot be embedded, however links to video content can be added
