User onboarding email

Send new users a standard email customised to your organisation about getting started with Logiqc.

This feature displays an option in each User account to send an email to the user with helpful tips about what the Logiqc platform is used for in your organisation, how to get started and how to access training. If you do not have this feature activated and would like information about costs click here to enquire.

We configure the email using content that you provide. The email can include:

  • Your company logo
  • Your own onboarding text
  • Hyperlinks to resources or other locations

You can also include documents from your Document register which will be included in the email as attachments. These documents can be selected in the Systems settings page in Admin mode.   

Sending a user onboarding email

Simply open the user's account and click Send email.  This will send the onboarding email to the email address specified in the user account. To review the email first, click Send test email to me. You will receive a test email. 

Note: The content of the email is standard for all users. The feature is not designed to support customised content for different users.

 Email design and content

The design of this feature assumes that the email content and any attachments is standard across all users. Changes to email content can be requested by logging a support ticket and are limited to one major change per month.   

Constraints to consider for the content:

  • Image size should be no larger that 1mb
  • Text should be brief and engaging - not too long
  • Video content will not be embedded but a link to video content can be added

Your user account in Logiqc is now active.  

What we all can use Logiqc for:

  • Read and download corporate documents, policies, procedures, and forms
  • Report incidents, client feedback and complaints
  • Report equipment faults
  • Suggest opportunities for improvement to services and programs
  • Complete tasks assigned to us

What managers can use Logiqc for:

  • Ensuring critical tasks and documents are controlled and monitored
  • Schedule recurring team meetings and monitor actions that team members are required to complete
  • Drive improvement to systems and processes
  • Encourage a strong reporting culture for incidents, non-conformance, and opportunities for improvement  
  • Controlling key documents, contracts and other legal agreements
  • Manage incidents and complaints
  • Manage assets and equipment maintenance
  • Manage accreditation
  • Schedule and manage internal audits and compliance tasks
  • Schedule tasks for staff to confirm training attendance and upload evidence of mandatory credentials
