Infrastructure security
Learn how the infrastructure that runs the Logiqc platform is hosted, located, and protected. Logiqc is delivered as software-as-a-service (SaaS) from the Microsoft Azure cloud in Australia.
Cloud hosting on Microsoft Azure
The Logiqc platform runs in the Microsoft Azure cloud, which holds certifications including ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST SP 800-53.
Primary data centre in Sydney
The platform runs from a primary data centre in Sydney, with backups held in a separate Azure data centre in Melbourne.
Physical data centre security
Physical security of the data centres, including site access, surveillance, and environmental controls, is managed by Microsoft Azure. Logiqc does not maintain a physical office space.
Automated monitoring and alerting
Automated monitoring and alerting across the platform identify issues so they can be acted on quickly.
Network security
Application servers reside in a locked down network, with all access through both a Firewall and Web Application Firewall (WAF).
Infrastructure logging
Multiple levels of logging and monitoring, our Managed Service Provider monitors infrastructure through their own tooling, we also monitor through internal tools and Azure logging.
