Security FAQs
Answers to the questions we are asked most often in security questionnaires.
Where is our data stored?
All customer data is stored in Australia, in the Microsoft Azure cloud. The primary data centre is in Sydney and backups are held in the Melbourne data center. Logiqc does not store your personal information on servers outside Australia.
What do you mean by "Scoped Region"?
Inference, the step where the AI model processes your prompt, is not able to be restricted to a single country at the moment. Logiqc's policy is to always select the smallest available region containing Australia.
Who owns the data we add to Logiqc?
Your data remains the property of your organisation. Customer data is retained for as long as you remain an active customer.
If you leave Logiqc, your data can be provided in CSV format. Once all customer agreements have ended, your data and its backups are removed from production servers.
How will we be told about a data breach?
Logiqc notifies clients promptly of any incident that affects the confidentiality of their data. Eligible data breaches are reported to affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
For New Zealand customers, the Primary Contact named on your account page is notified within 24 hours of a data breach.
Does Logiqc support Single Sign-On?
Yes. Single Sign-On (SSO) is available on the Enterprise plan. Within Logiqc, administrators control what each user can see and do through roles and permissions.
Does Logiqc support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
Yes. MFA is available to our users who use our authentication. For SSO users, MFA should be enforced there.
Can we store sensitive information in Logiqc?
Logiqc is not designed to collect sensitive information such as credit or debit card numbers, financial details, or health-related data. If your users enter this type of information, your organisation is responsible for the related collection notices and consents.
How do we contact Logiqc about privacy?
Contact the Privacy Officer, Logiqc Pty Ltd, at privacy@logiqc.com.au or PO Box 483, Paddington Qld 4064, Australia.
If your concern is not resolved, you can escalate it to the OAIC.
