Data security
Learn how Logiqc protects your data in transit, at rest, and in backup. These controls cover encryption, where your data is stored, and how it is backed up and recovered.
Encryption in transit
Data sent between your browser and the Logiqc platform is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 with a 2048-bit signatory key.
Encryption at rest
Data is encrypted at rest in the database using a minimum of AES-256.
Data residency in Australia
All customer data is stored and processed in Australia. Our primary data center is in Sydney with our failover and backup systems in Melbourne.
Backups and recovery
Data is backed up every four hours and in full every night, supporting a four-hour recovery point and a six-hour recovery time objective.
Encryption key management
Drive encryption keys are managed by the Azure platform, and all internal encryption keys are secured within an Azure Key Vault
Customer data segregation
Each client's data is stored in a separate database, and with a separate instance of the application, ensuring there is never any path where data can become mixed.
