About Logiqc AI
In this article:
Learn how Logiqc AI supports incident reporting in Logiqc.
Logiqc AI turns a written incident description into a completed Incident Details form. It's included as a complimentary feature on Pro and Enterprise plans, with a plan-based credit allowance you can track in Admin mode.
This article covers the key features of Logiqc AI, how it works, and where to get help.
Incident descriptions are often written quickly, in plain language, right after something happens. Logiqc AI turns that description into structured, consistent incident details, so records are more complete and easier to compare and report on later.
Q: Does Logiqc AI cost extra?
A: It's included as a complimentary feature on Pro and Enterprise plans, tracked against a plan-based credit allowance. You can buy more credits if needed.
Q: Can the AI access my files or other systems?
A: No. The AI only works with what's already visible to you in Logiqc, and any AI-updated field needs your review before you submit.
Q: Can administrators turn Logiqc AI off?
A: Yes. Admins can tick or untick the Logiqc AI checkbox in Admin mode > General settings to turn Logiqc AI on or off for the organisation. This is separate from managing credits. See Administrator controls below.

How Logiqc AI works
On the Incident Details form, write a description of what happened, then select the fill-in button to have AI populate the rest of the form:
- Write a useful description. The more detail you give it, the better job it will do.
- Select Fill in this form using AI to have AI suggest information for supported fields.
- Review fields marked with a sparkle icon , and tick the validation checkbox before submitting.
The fill-in button sits near the description field.
For step-by-step guidance, see:
Data processing and sovereignty
Any data stored at rest, such as uploaded data, and including the abuse monitoring data store created for Global and DataZone deployments, is stored in Logiqc's designated geography, which is Australia East.
Your prompts (inputs), completions (outputs), embeddings, and training data:
- are not available to other customers
- are not available to OpenAI or other providers of models sold by Azure
- are not used by providers of models sold by Azure to improve their models or services
- are not used to train any generative AI foundation models without your permission or instruction
