About Logiqc AI
In this article:
Learn how Logiqc AI supports incident reporting in the Logiqc mobile app.
On mobile, Logiqc AI turns a written (or spoken) incident description into a completed incident report. It draws on the same plan-based credit allowance as the browser version.
This article covers what Logiqc AI does on mobile, how it works, and where to get help.
Incident reporting often happens close to where the incident occurred. Logiqc AI for Mobile can help you turn your description into structured incident details while the context is still fresh.
AI can make mistakes. Check everything before submitting, on mobile the same as anywhere else.
Q: Is Logiqc AI on mobile different from the web version?
A: Filling in an incident with AI works the same way, inside the incident report using the Use Logiqc AI prompt. Some features are browser-only, such as tracking usage and turning AI on or off.
Q: Can I use voice input with the AI fill-in feature?
A: Yes. Your device keyboard already provides voice-to-text wherever you can type, so you can dictate your description before using AI to complete the report.
Q: Can admins track AI usage in the mobile app?
A: No. AI Usage in Admin mode is web-only. Track usage and manage credits from the browser version. See Track AI usage and credits.
Key features
On mobile, Logiqc AI is focused on one job: filling in an incident report from your description. Tracking usage, managing credits, and turning AI on or off are handled in the browser, not the mobile app.
Fill in an incident report with AI turns your written (or spoken) description into a completed incident report.
Data processing and sovereignty covers where your data is stored and how it's used.
These are managed from the browser, not in the mobile app:
- Track AI usage and credits, for tracking usage, understanding alerts, and buying more credits.
- Turning AI on or off, for controlling whether Logiqc AI is available to your organisation at all.
Whichever feature you're using, see Writing good AI prompts for tips that get you a better result, first time.
Complimentary credits
Logiqc AI runs on a complimentary, plan-based credit allowance included with Pro and Enterprise plans. You'll receive these credits on the 1st of every month, with the amount based on your plan. Mobile draws on the same allowance as the browser version; there's no separate mobile credit pool.

Report incident with AI
Filling in an incident with AI happens inside the incident report itself:
- Open Report incident and write a description of what happened.
- Below your description, select Go on the Use Logiqc AI prompt. AI fills in the rest of the incident report from what you wrote.
- Review any fields marked with a sparkle icon , then tick the validation checkbox before submitting.
The Use Logiqc AI prompt appears below the description field. Select Go to have AI fill in the rest of the details.
For step-by-step guidance, see:
Data processing and sovereignty
Any data stored at rest, such as uploaded data, and including the abuse monitoring data store created for Global and DataZone deployments, is stored in Logiqc's designated geography, which is Australia East.
Your prompts (inputs), completions (outputs), embeddings, and training data:
- are not available to other customers
- are not available to OpenAI or other providers of models sold by Azure
- are not used by providers of models sold by Azure to improve their models or services
- are not used to train any generative AI foundation models without your permission or instruction
Getting help
Most users complete AI fill-in without any trouble. The most common issues, and how to resolve them, are below.

- Add enough detail to the description for AI to work with.
- Check that Logiqc AI is turned on for your organisation, in Admin mode > General settings on the browser version.
- Check that credits are available. See Track AI usage and credits.
The result needs improvement
- Give the description more detail, including explicit dates and times.
- Review the result before using it in the incident report.
- See Writing good AI prompts for more.
