Auditor workflow
Logiqc Auditor
Learn how audit workflow stages work in Logiqc Auditor so you can see who is responsible for an audit at each stage and how the audit moves through to closure.
Audits move through two stages: the Action stage and the Review and Close stage.
Tip: For a detailed step-by-step guide, see the Academy tutorial below.
If you are following the link from My tasks, you will be taken directly to the current workflow stage.
Once an audit is scheduled, it moves into the Action stage and a task is generated on the Start date for the Action Officer.
- The Action Officer completes the audit.
- Any recommendations identified during the audit are recorded.
- When all required items are audited, the Action Officer selects the action button to complete the audit.
- The audit then automatically moves to the Review and Close stage.
In the Review and Close stage, the Approval Officer reviews the audit findings and recommendations and decides whether any follow-up actions are needed.
- Actions are assigned where follow-up work is required.
- Once actions are assigned, the audit can be closed.
- Any actions remain open until complete.
