Why do I get a message that I can't activate a user account as I have reached my maximum limit for licence type?

Answer

Your LogiqcQMS subscription fee is based on the number of user licences activated in the platform. If you are getting the message that you cannot activate a user because your reached your maximum limit of licences, it means that you have already activated all available licences (of that type) purchased with your subscription.

Your options are managing this are:

  1. Deactivate user accounts with the same licence type not in use to free up a licence for your new user.
  2. Downgrade the licence type of an existing user to free up a licence of the type you need for your new user.
  3. Purchase additional licences.

To review the licences purchased with your existing subscription, go to the Company account page under your Account menu.
