How to publish a draft document
When documents are imported into the Documents register, they are imported as drafts. The next step is to publish them.
Note: The 'Draft documents' tab is only available as part of the Document import service provided by Logiqc. Click here to learn more
There are two options available for publishing draft documents:
- Use Quick publish to approve and publish.
- Submit documents to the Manage stage of the workflow.
Quick publish
Note: You must be the Document owner to Quick publish a document.
- Open the draft document
- Complete the details form (Learn more about how to complete the details form)
- Click Quick publish
Submit the document to the Manage stage
- Open the draft document
- Complete the details form (Learn more about how to complete the details form)
- Select Submit
Tip: To manage large volumes of documents, you can use the bulk edit to code and assign your documents prior to publishing them. Learn more about bulk edit.
