Export data from registers

You have the option to export data from the register lists in an MS Excel format.

Tip:  Before you export data from a register, make sure you have selected the columns you wish to display in your export.  This is managed under Edit columnsLearn more

To export data

  1. To begin, go to the appropriate register and choose the register tab that contains the data you want to export.
  2. Choose the columns you want to export by making sure they are visible on your register list view. Logiqc will only export the columns that are displayed. You can manage this by selecting the Edit columns option.
  3. (Optional step).  Take advantage of the register filters to refine the data you want to export to make it even more tailored to your requirements.  Learn more about filtering.
  4. Once your register is displaying the required data set, click on the Export button located at the top-right of the page.
  5. An Excel file will download to your computer containing the information you selected.

Note:  You can only download items that you have permission to view. If your organisation needs to download the entire register, it must be done by a user who has permissions to view all items.
