New ethnicity field for persons involved in
incidents and feedback
A new optional field has been added to assign the ethnicity of each individual involved in an Incident or Feedback report. This information can also be utilised for filtering and exporting reports, enhancing the overall data management process.
The two lists used are:
Australia: Australian Standard Classification of Cultural and Ethnic Groups
New Zealand: Ethnicity New Zealand Standard Classification 2005V2.0.0

Major feature: New In-app support
New features for in-app support have been released to all users: A new Help Centre;
and in-app tool tips throughout the platform.
The Help Centre offers convenient access to a wealth of resources and delivers relevant Knowledge Base articles right to your fingertips, allowing you to find the information you need without having to navigate away from the platform.

Major feature: Recording persons involved with feedback
We have had a great deal of customer feedback about the need to better handle the recording of multiple people involved in feedback or complaints and the ability
to search for people involved and generate reports.
We do value all the feedback and have now updated your platform with a new component in the Feedback Details form for recording people involved.
The new Person/s involved component aligns the Feedback register with the Incidents register, enhancing the consistency of the user experience throughout the platform. This feature allows you to effectively record and generate reports on detailed information about individuals submitting feedback or complaints.

New permissions for the creation of items within the Reporting registers.
You now have more control over who can report what. Permissions to report Incidents, Feedback, Repairs or Improvements can now be assigned separately.

Increased options when editing closed items
We've expanded what you can do when editing closed items to include the creation of related improvements and the editing the severity rating of incidents. So, if you have permission to edit closed items, you can now edit these components:

Enhanced data entry in Assets
When entering information about leased assets in the Asset register, you now have the option to choose from a predefined list of business contacts to specify the lessor. If the lessor is not already in your contacts list, you can easily add them in real-time, ensuring a seamless data entry process.

Injury fields in filter modal
Enhanced reporting capabilities are now available in the Incident register. Within the 'Persons involved' tab, you have the ability to sort and filter data based on any of the four injury categories listed below:

Improved accuracy of 'Time of event' recording
It is common for users to overlook the date and time fields when reporting incidents or feedback, especially when these fields default to the current date and time. To enhance accuracy in reporting, we have removed the default value from the time field, encouraging users to specify the correct time of the event.
