Looking for help but don't know where to go? Here's how to get in touch with Logiqc.
Help Centre
Home tab features
- The link at the top of the Home tab is dynamic and will change relative to the page you're viewing in the platform. Use the link to click-through to more information about the page you're viewing.
- The Video library is a collection of videos about the platform including registers and key features.
- A link to the Logiqc Learning Academy where you can take free video-based courses. Note: you will need to create an account to access the Academy.
- 'Ask a Human' will launch a form to log a support ticket. Logging a support ticket is the most efficient way to get help. Alternatively, an email can be sent to support@logiqc.com.au
- The 'Give feedback' link will open form asking for your feedback about the platform and giving you an opportunity to suggest an improvement or new feature. Customer suggestions are regularly reviewed and implemented where appropriate. If a suggestion you've made is implemented in the future, you will receive an email from the support team advising of its release.
Knowledge base tab features
- The Knowledge base tab enables you to navigate and read all of the help articles on the Knowledge Base without having to leave the page you're on.
- The News tab is a list of latest news from Logiqc including information on updates, upcoming events and new features.
Tooltips
Tool tips are available throughout the platform and link to support resources such as videos and help articles.

Logiqc Knowledge Base
The Knowledge base is a separate website of help articles available at https://knowledgebase.logiqc.com.au/
We recommend you bookmark this link for easy reference. Note: all Knowledge Base articles are also available through the Help Centre.
You can also log a support ticket from the Knowledge Base using the 'How can we help' link at the top-right of the page. There are support ticket options for user help, account enquiries and password resets.
Support tickets
If you can't find the answer you're looking for in our Knowledge base, click on 'How can we help' in the Knowledge Base or 'Ask a Human' in the Help Centre. The fill out the support form
and click submit. A ticket will be sent to Logiqc Support and you will receive a confirmation and ticket ID number.
Logiqc Learning Academy
Click on Logiqc Academy to access a library of online courses your staff can complete to accelerate their learning and application of the Logiqc platform. All course content is free. All you need to do is sign up on the home screen and then choose from the many courses available.
The Logiqc Academy can also be accessed externally via academy.logiqc.com.au. We recommend you bookmark this link.
