Looking for help but don't know where to go? Here's how to get in touch with Logiqc.

Self-Serve Help Options

Help in the Logiqc Platform

Click on the ? icon in the top left of your platform beside your account name to access a number of resources we have developed to support your use and knowledge of the Logiqc platform.


Log a ticket via the platform

  1. Click on the ? icon
  2. Select Ask a human
  3. Fill out the form and click Submit and a support ticket will be sent to Logiqc Support


Searching the Logiqc Knowledge base

Click on Search the Knowledge base to access a library of support and help articles..

The Knowledge base can be accessed externally via https://knowledgebase.logiqc.com.au/

  2. Fill out the support form
  3. Click Submit and a ticket will be sent to Logiqc Support.


Latest features and improvements

Keep up to date with all the latest features, updates, and improvements released to the Logiqc platform.


The Logiqc Academy

Click on Logiqc Academy to access a library of online courses your staff can complete to accelerate their learning and application of the Logiqc platform.  All course content is free.  All you need to do is sign up on the home screen and then choose from the many courses available.

The Logiqc Academy can also be accessed externally via academy.logiqc.com.au. We recommend you bookmark this link.
