March 2023: Add documentation to Meetings

This must be one of the most commonly requested improvements to the platform - the ability to attach documentation, such as minutes, directly to meetings. We are excited to deliver this feature, now available in your platform. 

In each meeting you'll now see a new 'Documentation' tab displaying a list of records that have been uploaded for past, present and future meetings. This new space can be used as a central storage location for meeting records.

You may be used to adding records to the Records register and assigning them to the meeting. This new feature offers a quicker alternative and also stores the records in a more logical and intuitive location making them easier to find.

Expand the Attached documentation tab to see the items for current and past meetings

Select the Documentation tab to add new items
