Increased visibility of tasks in your tasks widget
The new 'Due later' tab in your My Tasks widget means you get a heads up of what's just around the corner. The 'Due later' status in Logiqc applies to tasks that are set to fall due from Monday of the next working week.

Selective transfer of individual tasks - Task management
This one's for the advanced users! The Task Management feature in Admin Mode is a powerful feature enabling you to transfer tasks between users in bulk. It's great for when staff leave and tasks need to be re-allocated.
Now, you can choose to transfer only the tasks you want to. The new check boxes next to each task enables to select and transfer tasks individually.

New improved email notifications
We’ve all been there: you get an email notification about a critical incident or repair, click the link, and hit a security wall. It’s frustrating to know something happened without knowing what happened.
We’ve overhauled our email notifications to bridge that gap. Now, even if you don’t have full system permissions to view a specific record, you’ll receive a new summary report directly in your inbox. This provides just enough context to understand the situation and make informed inquiries, all while keeping your data as secure as ever.

If your team has been powerhouse users for years, your "All Tasks" list has likely grown into a mountain of data. To keep your reporting snappy and your view clear, we’ve overhauled how you manage tasks:

New "All Open Tasks" Tab: A dedicated space for what matters now. This tab focuses exclusively on active and overdue work, making it the perfect "go-to" for lightning-fast reporting on current workloads.

Business Area Filters: Precision matters. You can now sort and filter your tasks by Business Area to get exactly the data you need in seconds.

A Leaner "All Tasks" View: To boost performance, the "All Tasks" tab now defaults to the last 12 months of activity.

The "Export All" Legacy Button: Need the full history? We’ve got you. If you require a report dating back to day one, the new Export All button will package up every single task (open or closed) into one comprehensive file.
