If I edit a position title, will this change the name of the position in the historical audit trail/event history?
Background
A history of 'who did what' is kept in two places - the Action history component (eg. at the top of the page in any Manage stage) and the System Event history (at the bottom of every page in a register item).
Answer
If you edit a user position, the historical entries in the action history and system event history are preserved. This means, the audit trail will display the title of the position at the time the action was done. Learn more:
