Why can't I find a user in the 'Assign to' field
Background
Menus are dynamic and will display users based on the user's permissions and the permission settings or 'rules' set in the platform.
Answer
This could be due to the following reasons:
They do not have the permissions required to be assigned to a task
The list of users available to select from depends on the permissions allowable by their user licence. For example, users who have a Read & Report licence can not be assigned tasks (except for Training and Licensing).
They do not have a user position assigned to their user account
Tasks are assigned to user positions not user accounts. This means all LogiqcQMS users must have a Logiqc user position assigned to their user account, otherwise they cannot be assigned tasks. Learn more:
Their account is inactive
If a user account has been deactivated, you will not see the user in the list of available users to select from. Learn more:
