Contract manager 4018530082
If you have build multiple workflow stages to manage Contracts or Assets, you can now assign which user is the Contract or Asset manager. This will display their name in a new column in the register.
Display this user as the contract manager - Any user in the workflow stages can be assigned as the Contract manager. Selecting someone as Contract manager is optional but it allows you to identify who has operational responsibility for the contract in addition to the user assigned as the Contract owner.
Major new feature: Column selector 2221534743
Column selector allows you to personalise your LogiqcQMS workspace by setting which columns will display in each register, and the order in which they will display. The feature also delivers column re-sizing and a 'sticky' header row in each tab so you don't loose your place as you scroll long lists.
Edit columns
Click on the new Edit columns button (which has replaced the Show all columns toggle) to open the column selector panel. On the left hand side you choose the columns you want to view and on the right you drag and drop to set the order in which you want them to appear.
Resize columns
You can also now re-size each column by grabbing the handle (small vertical line) on either side of each column.
Once you adjust the register to suit how you want to view the data, your settings will remain set until you change them (when using the same browser on the same machine).
Improved validation messaging 2090473085
The term “form validation” is a technical term used on the web to check if the information entered by the user in the webform is correct. This recent update has added a number of new or improved messages to help you troubleshoot and problem solve when things aren't quite right. The examples below are just four of a number of improved validation messages introduced with this update.
1. Display of character count and character limit in text fields
2. Field shading to signify a required field or a field with too many characters entered.
3. Clearer feedback messaging for the 'submit' button.
4. File size detection and feedback to let you know when the file selected for upload is too big.
Improved password reset 3841318025
Many users don't realise that you can enter your email address OR your username when using the auto password reset function. So, we've made it just a little clearer now to help users gain access to the platform as quickly as possible. By default, the user will be asked for their email address (the one used in their LogiqcQMS). If they're not sure, they can also switch to enter their username.
