Activating the two-level feedback menu
Make it easier for users to navigate complex and multi-option menus by activating the two-level Feedback Category menu.
The two level feedback menu comprises 'parents' and 'children' called category and sub-category:
- Feedback category (parent)
- Feedback sub-category (child)

Switch to Admin mode via your account menu

Select System settings from the Administrator menu and navigate to Settings type > Register settings - Feedback.
- Select Enable two-level feedback menus
- Refresh the page
