Activating the two-level feedback menu

Make it easier for users to navigate complex and multi-option menus by activating the two-level Feedback Category menu.

The two level feedback menu comprises 'parents' and 'children' called category and sub-category:

  • Feedback category (parent)
  • Feedback sub-category (child)

  1. Switch to Admin mode via your account menu

  2. Select System settings from the Administrator menu and navigate to Settings type > Register settings - Feedback.

  3. Select Enable two-level feedback menus
  4. Refresh the page
