The Property management add-on allows occupants and property bookings to managed centrally by an authorised user
Key features:
- Specialised property related fields on the Assets Details Form
- Property booking component for allocating tenants
- Manage arrival and departure times
- Property availability report showing booking status for each property
This component enables you to book-out the property to occupants/tenants.
Add a booking by clicking Create booking and completing the following fields:
Booking details
- Start date - select start date.
- Start time - select start time. Note: used in conjunction with 'End time', you can use this to book time for cleaning between occupancy.
- End date - select end date.
- End time - select end time.
- Permanent booking - select if applicable.
- Booking status - select booking status:
Confirmed | This will prevent double bookings from being made |
Tentative | This will prevent double bookings from being made |
Blocked time | This will prevent double bookings from being made and could be used to block out time for maintenance or cleaning. |
Vacated | This releases the property for new bookings |
Wait list | This will allow bookings to be made for the same time. Use this as a way of keeping a list of people who have expressed an interest in the property. |
Occupant details
- Number of occupants - select the number of occupants that have been approved.
- Number of pets - select the number of pets that have been approved.
- Primary occupant - select Logiqc user or Contact, if applicable. Otherwise select 'Free type name' and add details.
- Position - add position title.
- Work location (optional) - add location of work.
- Mobile - add mobile number.
- Email - add email account.
- Alternative contact (optional) - add contact details.
- Weekly rent (optional) - add agreed weekly rent.
- Bond held (optional) - add bond paid.
- Contract (optional) - select the related contract from your Contract register.
- Select OK
