Book a property

Learn how to book a property in Logiqc.

Property booking is part of the Property management feature, which supports the management of accommodation assets. Property bookings are managed centrally by users with access to the property's Asset details page.

Note: property booking is an optional add-on. To enquire about having it enabled, raise a ticket and we will put you in touch with our Customer Success team.

Key features

Specialised property-related fields on the Asset details page.

A Property booking component for allocating tenants.

Manage arrival and departure times.

A property availability report showing the booking status of each property.

Selecting the Property asset type reveals property-related fields and the Property booking component on the asset.

All users can see the Property availability report from the Account menu, but they cannot book a property themselves. Property bookings are made centrally by users with access to the property's Asset details page, unlike asset booking, which is self-serve.

Q: Can the same property be double booked?

A: No. The system prevents double bookings for the same date and time, unless the booking status is Wait list.

Q: What permission do I need to view the Property report?

A: You need the See Property availability report permission.

Q: Who can create a property booking?

A: Users with access to the property's Asset details page, where the Property booking component appears.
