Asset booking 2884030472
The Asset Booking add-on provides a booking page for users to book or 'check-out' an asset for a fixed period of time. With the Asset register activated in your platform you can make any asset bookable through the booking page.
This add-on makes it easier to manage assets that can be booked by staff by allowing users to 'self-serve' and make and manage their own bookings. Once booked, users receive a confirmation email and, if SSO is configured, the booking will automatically appear in the user’s Outlook calendar.
Enhanced workflow builder 3127830516
This enhancement gives to even more control over customising the workflow for contracts and assets. The example below shows how a different workflow sequences can be programmed for the first time a contract is uploaded and approved with the first sequence including extra steps for legal and financial review. After the contract has been approved for the first time, a 'loop' control has been inserted to set where the workflow sequence will begin when the contract comes up for review.
And for increased clarity, dynamic coloured highlighting is used to indicate the current workflow stage and the last approval stage the item has reached.
