September 2021: Manage your own dashboards, Hide mode, Workflow Builder enhancement.

Features and updates released to LogiqcQMS in September 2021

You can now customise the widgets and dashboards which you have been given access to see using the new Dashboard widget selector. Simply click on the 'Edit widget' button at the top-right of each of your dashboards.  

Where your organisation has purchased the Risk, Quality or Safety dashboard, users with Approval licenses will now see a 'Blackboard' in the left nav bar. This is a blank dashboard that you can use to configure any widgets. For example, you might want to discuss the data in just three widgets at a meeting or presentation.

Any user with an Approval licence can now be given the permission to hide register items. So whatever a user can see, they can hide. This addresses the problem you face when your Administrator account has lower permissions than your user account. System administrators can assign the 'Hide mode' permission in the user account page in Contacts/LogiqcQMS user accounts.  

Workflow builder enhancement 1411733539     

If the 'Workflow builder' feature is activated in your platform, this enhancement is for you. You can now set which workflow stage the contract will enter when it's due for review. This means that you can set a different workflow for the initial approval of the contract.    

Register visibility setting when building controlled action lists 1585762854

If the 'Controlled actions' feature is activated in your platform, this enhancement is for you. You can now specify the register/s that each action relates to. This means that when you're building controlled action lists you only see the actions relevant to the selected register.    

Filter Analytics reports by Region 1608322661

If you have the 'Region' menu activated in Feedback or Incidents, you can now filter the reports in Analytics by this value 

Filter assets by 'ownership' 1590262484

This allows you to filter your Assets by the values in the Ownership field eg Leased or Purchased. This value is also presented in 'Show all columns' and in the Excel export.
