Print an accreditation evidence report

Learn how to view and export an Accreditation evidence report in Logiqc for a single requirement of a standard.

Start from the Evidence report tab when you need to review or export evidence for one requirement.

The report shows one requirement of the selected standard, including how your organisation meets that requirement and the evidence linked from across your QMS. It is recommended for sharing with external auditors when they need the detail for a specific requirement.

If Multi-site or Multi-program accreditation is activated, the Evidence list tab can also be used for broader evidence views that repeat rows by program or site. For a standard single-requirement report, use the Evidence report tab.

Q: Which tab should I use?

A: Use Evidence report when you need the report for one requirement. Use Evidence list only when you need the broader multi-site or multi-program evidence view.

Q: Can I export a single requirement?

A: Yes. Open the requirement from the Evidence report tab, then export its Accreditation evidence report.

Q: Do my column choices carry over?

A: Yes, Edit Columns choices are remembered on the same device.

Before you start

Check the following:

  • You have linked evidence to the requirements of the standard.
  • You know which standard you need to report on.
  • You know whether the auditor needs a report for one requirement or, if Multi-site or Multi-program accreditation is active, the broader Evidence list view.

Step 1: Open the Evidence report tab

Governance Accreditation

Open the register, select the standard, and go to the Evidence report tab.

Note: The Evidence list tab is a special case for Multi-site or Multi-program accreditation. Use it when you need a repeated evidence view by site or program.

Step 2: Open the item report

Select the requirement you need from the Evidence report tab. The Accreditation evidence report opens for that requirement.

Step 3: Export the report

Choose the Report timeframe if required, then select Export to create the report.

Use Report timeframe to choose the reporting period, then export the Accreditation evidence report.

Tip: Use the Evidence list tab only when Multi-site or Multi-program accreditation is active and you need a broader evidence view by site or program.

Troubleshooting

If the report does not show what you expected:

Evidence is missing from the report

  • Open the requirement and check that the evidence item is linked to the requirement.
  • Check that the linked item has not been archived or removed.
  • Review the Evidence and examples column before exporting again.

I need a report by program or site

  • Check whether Multi-site or Multi-program accreditation is activated for your organisation.
  • Use the Evidence list tab when you need the broader view that repeats evidence rows by program or site.
  • Use the Evidence report tab when you need the report for one requirement.

What happens next

The report is generated

The exported report includes the selected requirement, the report timeframe, and the linked evidence for that item.

Auditors can review the evidence

The report gives auditors a structured view of the compliance statement and linked supporting evidence.

Updates remain managed in Logiqc

If evidence changes later, update the linked requirement in the Accreditation register and export a fresh report.
