Evidence report for RTAC Code of Practice 2025
Logiqc can now be used to develop evidence reports for the 'Guidelines for Centres using Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) in Australia and New Zealand' .
The Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) is a professional group of the Board of the Fertility Society of Australia and reports directly to that Board. It is charged with the responsibility of setting standards for the performance of ART through an audited Code of Practice and the granting of licences to practice ART within Australia.

We've boosted your access to the requirements of standards to make it easier for you to conduct self-assessments. More critical information is now available in the following tabs:
- The 'requirements' tab (it's name is specific to each standard but it's always the second tab from the left).
- The Evidence list tab
- The Evidence report tab
To unlock it, simply look for the 'Assessment details' field in your column selector and add it to your view.

Greater access control for external auditors
This update allows you to assigned the 'See all items' permission to users with a free External User Licence, such as external auditors.
This change is designed to significantly streamline the external audit process by allowing you to grant auditors comprehensive, read-only access to all items across the platform’s registers.

Improved display and filtering on ethnicity field
We've added 'Ethnicity' to the your options when coding information about people involved in incidents. This update provides more options for displaying and filtering on ethnicity metadata. We've surfaced the data in two places:
1. Persons involved tab
2. The downloadable Incident report

General improvements
Easier Setup for Two-Level Menus in System Settings
Working with two-level menus (like Incident Feedback subcategories and Secondary Business Area) is now simpler.
Before: When you created a primary category, the system automatically generated a default subcategory called 'Other'. You then had to rename it every time.
Now: We've removed that extra step. You simply create your primary category and then build your subcategories from scratch. No more renaming default 'Other' labels!

Improved display of response protocols
We've made it easier to track and review the powerful Response Protocols feature, which assigns multiple, concurrent tasks for Incidents, Feedback, Improvements, and Repairs.
This update gives you better access to the programmed tasks by adding them as a new, dedicated tab in your downloadable reports and displaying the task instructions for each programmed action in more locations:
