Assets: Asset booking notes    

We’re pleased to announce the introduction of a highly requested enhancement to the Asset Booking add-on: users can now enter notes for the asset manager when making a booking.

Additionally, asset managers have a dedicated field to record notes about each booking. These notes are accessible when viewing bookings from the Asset details form..

SSO: Hide users removed from Entra    

Occasionally, users who do not require a Logiqc account are mistakenly provisioned from your organisation into Logiqc. Although these users can be unassigned in Microsoft Entra, their records still remain within Logiqc. These accounts are now hidden by default, with a new toggle available should you need to display them.

Response protocols: Improved reporting on the actions taken

 

In response to user feedback requesting greater clarity on response protocols in reports, we have enhanced reporting functionality. Following the addition of Instructions last month, reports now also include a new “Action taken” column.

This update ensures that reports on incidents, improvements, feedback, or repairs now provide complete visibility into what occurred, how it was managed, and the specific actions implemented.

Safety observations are essential evaluations of organisational safety practices, increasingly utilizing advanced safety observation platforms to optimise work environment assessments and employee behaviour analysis.

By special request to our support team, a new Incident type option for 'Safe act observed' can now be configured in your platform.
