Features and updates released to LogiqcQMS in November 2020


Major new feature: Controlled actions

Apply preset action lists to help you manage issues quickly and strengthen the consistency of how events are managed across the organisation.

When an issue is reported to you (eg. incident, complaint, equipment fault etc) you can choose to initiate a set of preset actions. Once you have assigned each action to a user, LogiqcQMS will send the task automatically according to the preset date rules. The date rules also help to ensure that critical time-frames are followed eg 'send acknowledgement letter to complainant with 3 days of receipt of complain' or 'investigate incident with 5 days of the date it occurred'. 

The feature also includes a dashboard widget for monitoring the status of all controlled actions in 'play'. Controlled actions is a major new feature and is available on all of the Reporting registers. This feature requires an additional subscription. Enquire here

Quick create multiple duplicate compliance tasks and audits 647608599

Do you need to schedule the same compliance task or audit for multiple users? This feature will save you time because you only need to type the instructions and set the schedule once, and when you save the item a duplicate task will be created for each of the action officers your selected. 


Advanced features for the Feedback register 819344370

Record more detailed information about who is providing feedback and who is impacted by the issue. This is particularly handy when documenting complaints. Send notifications to business contacts

Have you ever wanted to notify someone about an issue reporting in your LogiqcQMS but they don't have access to the system? This new feature will allow you to generate an email to anyone in your system as a Business contact. They will receive an email with a summary of the issue. Note: This feature is included with a suite of advanced features for the Reporting registers and requires an additional subscription. Enquire here  


Link issues to managed residences

This feature will display a controlled list of housing stock or managed residences when adding an incident, feedback, improvement or repair. The field also appears as a filter and on the export.
