Reporting
Save as draft (9026355430):
- Start a report in the Incidents, Feedback, Improvement, or Repairs register and simply select 'Save as Draft' to finish it later.
- Your Drafts, Your Privacy: Your drafts are private, visible only to you (and selected users with the 'View all items' feature).
- Easy Access: Find your drafts quickly via the new Drafts button in the primary navigation bar at the top of your screen.
- Seamless Mobile and Web Integration: You can start a report on Logiqc Mobile or in the web application and continue working on it across either platform. Pick up where you left off and complete your report whenever and wherever it's most convenient for you.
Send feedback about reported issues to multiple users (9163800318)
- When closing an incident, repair, feedback or improvement, you can now include other users in addition to the reporter.
Access feedback reports from your Past actions tab (9163800318)
- Now you have permanent access to feedback reports in addition to the email notification.
