When recording external feedback, it's likely that it relates to a specific service or program. Now you can activate this additional field in the Feedback details form to code feedback or complaints to a program or service. To activate this field, go to System settings/Feedback register.
Improved options to the 'Add new version' component in the Contracts and Documents registers 4801575238
Many of you use the 'Add new version' component in Contracts to 'short cut' the workflow and add new, or signed, versions of contracts, quickly and easily. In response to customer feedback, we have now improved this component in two significant ways:
1. The 'Add signed version' option is now combined into a single 'Add new version' component
2. You now have increased control to send the new version to the manage or approval stage.
Similar improvements have also been made to the 'Add new version' component in the Documents register.

Two new reports are now available in Analytics:
1. Training by type
2. Licensing by type
These reports show what training or credential checking (Licensing) has been completed or is overdue for a specific time period.
Link Compliance schedules to Assets 4678530035
For those with the Assets register, a new tab has been added enabling you to create and track compliance tasks related to an asset. To try it out, open a compliance task related to an asset, and link it to the asset using the new 'Related asset' field.

Enhance your reporting to the Board with greater commentary around risk ratings. Each tab in the Risk assessment component of the Risk register now features a comments field. These fields are available as columns to view in the register list view and will also be included in the export.
