We have had a great deal of customer feedback about the need to better handle the recording of multiple people involved in a single incident including the ability to generate reports. We do value all the feedback and have now updated your platform with a couple of changes to meet this need:
1. The Persons involved component in the Incident details form is now a 'list builder'. This means you can clearly record people individually when multiple people were involved in an incident including staff, carers, guardians etc.
2. The option to record an injury has been moved to the individual record to bring further clarity as to who sustained an injury as a result of the incident.
3. A new tab called 'Persons involved' has been added to the Incident register that lists the people involved and allows for searching on name and exporting to a report.

LogiqcQMS will now help you keep business rules up to date. When a user is made inactive, they will be automatically removed from Business rules settings for who should receive notification emails and who can view the item.

You can now add a description to all assets and we've also extended the option to record the 'make' or brand to most asset types. These fields are also displayed in the Asset register list view.

A gift from us to you. Navigation links to advanced dashboards and the Blackboard were previously only available to users with an Approval licence. Now, all users can access these links dashboards to organise their widgets.

Link multiple assets to a single scheduled maintenance task. The Related asset field in the Assets register is now multi-select allowing you to schedule one task for multiple assets.
