Report and manage incidents with the VHIMS integration feature

This user guide is for organisations that have the VHIMS integration feature activated in their LogiqcQMS platform.

What is VHIMS?

The Victorian Health Incident Management System (VHIMS) is a standardised dataset for the collection and classification of clinical, occupational health and safety (OH&S) incidents, near misses, hazards and consumer feedback.

The VHIMS integration feature allows for all required field data to be captured and automatically transferred to the Victorian Agency for Health Information.
