Importing your assets

Bulk import large number of assets with Logiqc's asset import service.

An asset import service is available to import assets into the Assets register. The process automatically populates all required fields and publishes the asset. The import is based on an Excel spreadsheet of information about each asset and can be cost effective if you have 150 or more assets to create.

How it works:

Logiqc will provide you with our Asset import tool in Excel.
You populate the tool with details of each asset including the mandatory fields required to publish asset to the register.
Logiqc will review the completed asset import tool and import the assets.
Your assets will be added as approved assets on the Asset register and won't require any action until the review date.

Notes: Importing assets is additive, so if you have already started adding assets, you can still use the Logiqc asset import service. We allow two batches of imports when you purchase the asset import service.
