New Feature: Customisable Visibility for "Identified Issues and Improvements"

We’ve introduced a new configuration toggle for the Identified Issues and Improvements component. Previously a permanent fixture on the Details/Reporting page across all Reporting registers, you can now choose to show or hide this component to create a cleaner, more streamlined interface for your users.

  • Targeted Simplification: Reducing clutter on the initial reporting form helps users focus on essential data entry.

  • Maintained Workflow: This setting only affects the Details form. The component will remain visible and functional during the Manage, Action, and Close stages to ensure oversight and resolution tracking are not interrupted.

  • Register-level Application: The new switch is available in the register settings for the Incidents, Repairs and Feedback registers.
