How to book an asset

Use the Asset Booking page to book or 'check-out' an asset for a fixed period of time.

Booking an asset

Select 'Asset booking' from the Account menu will display the asset booking page.

All bookable assets will be displayed in a list which can be filtered by asset type and location. Users with access to the asset Details page can make assets bookable (see below). 

Click 'Book' to open the Booking details page and select the start and end date/time for your booking. When you confirm the booking you will receive a confirmation email and, if SSO is configured, the booking will automatically appear in your Outlook calendar.  

 

Changing or deleting bookings

Go to the booking page and click on your booking (your bookings are shown in blue). You can now edit the date/time of the booking or delete the booking using the Delete booking button. If SSO in configured, your Outlook calendar will automatically reflect any changes or deletions.
