
Enhanced user interface & improved accessibility
We've updated the user interface design to be easier to read and more accessible for all users. You'll notice stronger contrasts, bigger font size and a more streamlined and consistent look throughout.
There are also a few changes in the top-right section of the screen to look out for:
1. New 'Create' button - the old button for creating To-Do's has been upgraded to be the go-to button for creating any item in the platform (subject to your permissions). Give it a try, it's far more intuitive than the yellow button in the bottom-right which we will be retiring over time.
2. New 'Add' button - this new button for creating register items is on every register and makes it quicker and simpler to add items.
3. Changed locations - the Search, Filters, Edit columns, and Export controls are now in slightly different places making the layout more compact and logical.

New risk report
Create detailed reports on any risk listed in the Risk Register using the new Export feature, which is available when viewing a risk in the Risk Management Plan tab. Try it out.

Multi-select compliance source field
The existing Compliance source documentation field is now multi-select which makes it easier to link a single compliance task to multiple contracts or documents.

More control over Risk mitigation and Accreditation actions
You can now assign specific reminder dates for risk mitigation and accreditation actions. This feature allows you to control when an action is presented as a task for the user. If needed, actions can be rescheduled; they will be temporarily removed from the user's task list and will reappear at the designated time.

Create contacts on the fly
With the new 'Create Contact' button, you can now easily add new contacts while adding an asset, contract, or supplier. This feature allows you to create contacts seamlessly without having to navigate away from the current page.

New Evidence report for the Strengthened Aged Care Quality standards 2025
The Aged Care Quality Standards are being strengthened as part of the new Aged Care Act.
