April 2022: Update to the Risk details form and new reports for the Risk and Accreditation registers...

Features and updates released to LogiqcQMS in March 2022

Changes to the Risk review component and a new location for the Risk review field 2428856692

This component in the Risk details form was called 'Risk review'. It's now called 'Related adverse events' because this better reflects the controls you have in the component. And for greater consistency with the other registers in the platform, the Review date field has been moved to the top of the screen in the Risk description component. Everything still works exactly the same, the fields have simply been better described to make the functions more understandable.

Here are a summary of changes:

  • The ‘Risk appetite’ field is now called “Number of adverse events that can occur before the risk is automatically brought under review”
  • The 'Improvements' columns in the tables are now called 'Non-conformances' because it's reported non-conformities that are actually counted and opportunities for improvement are not included.
  • The 'Feedback' columns in the tables are now called 'Complaints' because it's complaints that are actually counted and positive feedback is not included.
