About risk management

Risk management is the identification, evaluation, and prioritisation of risks followed by the application of resources to minimise, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unforeseen adverse events.

The diagram below illustrates the risk management framework defined in the ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard.
