About analytics reports

Logiqc provides a wide range of analytical reports to help you unlock the full potential of your data. This article presents a comprehensive list of the reports that are available.

Note: Analytics reports summarise all register items including those that you may not have permission to view. However, when you drill through to view the data, access control settings will be applied. This means that the number of items you see when drilling through to details lists may not match the number of items shown in the analytics reports.


To view analytics reports:

  1. Navigate to Analytics in the left nav bar.
  2. Select the report you wish to view from the dropdown menu
  3. Set the timeframe for the report with Reporting period and End date  
  4. Refine the data with filters provided in the Filters button.  

Each report presents a chart and a table. You can drill through from most tables to view the individual register items which comprise the report.

Selecting Download chart will save the chart as a .png file for easy access and sharing.

Selecting Export will download the report to an Excel file. This file will include both the chart and the data, making it convenient for analysis and sharing.

Governance register reports
Accreditation status report

Shows your current 'Self assessment' status against a standard.

Asset utilisation report

Shows the status of all your booked assets, by individual assets.  The report displays name, booking start date and time, booking end date and time, duration of booking (hours) and total utilisation of booked asset.

Contract approvals

Shows a breakdown of your approved contracts by contract type. 

Contract compliance reports

Shows the status of all compliance items linked to a contract.

The report is broken down by:

Other party > Related Contracts > Related Compliance task/s.

The report displays the contract type, the status of the related compliance item, the assigned action and approval officers, and the task due dates.

Document approvals

Shows a breakdown of your approved documents by document type. 

Risk Heatmap report

Shows the number of total identified risks and their distribution across your consequence and likelihood risk matrix.  

Click on the ellipses to configure the columns of data presented. 

Supplier approvals

Shows a breakdown of your approved suppliers by supplier type. 

Overdue tasks - Governance registers

Shows all overdue tasks from the Governance registers by register type.

Incidents by area

Shows all incidents logged by Incident area.

Incidents by category

Shows all incidents logged by Incident category.

Incidents by sub-category

Shows all incidents logged by Incident sub-category.

Practice incidents by practice

Shows all incidents logged from linked practices.

Note:  Only available to organisations with the Interconnected systems feature configured.

Repairs by type

Shows all your repairs logged by Repair type.

Shows a breakdown of all items reported to the Reporting registers (Feedback, Improvements, Incidents, Repairs)

Shows all overdue tasks from the Reporting registers by register type.

Task performance

Shows the percentage of tasks completed before their due dates.
